When Developer Hut, Inc. delays the delivery of blog comments, social bookmarks, directory submissions, article submissions, forum posting, or our monthly link building service, or any other product of ours. Our writers will try to complete most orders within a week, with the exemption of the monthly link building service. A refund cannot be issued if we miss a deadline due to a customer’s failure to submit necessary material on time.

2. When a customer makes a claim for poor quality of an order. Specific examples of bad quality must be pointed out by the customer. A bad quality order is defined as:

Majority of SEO submissions services such as directory submissions go by "success rate". A success rate is the percent of the order that gets approved by the webmaster of the specific site. Since we have no way to guarantee any of our services will get approved onto the website, we then go by success rate. If you order 40 blog comments and after a week 30 blog comments get approved then that is a success rate of 75%.

We hope for a success rate of 100% for all of our products. If that is not the result, we guarantee that you will get the back-links that you pay for. If you are not happy with the success rate of your order, please contact support and we will continue to work on your order until we reach a desired success rate. We only offer refunds to orders with less then 70% success rate.

If you would like to take advantage of our customer satisfaction guarantee, you may cancel order by clicking the "Cancel Order" link on the edit order or view order page. After canceling the product then one of our customer support representative will email you to help you with the problem. However, we recommend that you always contact our support team first to work together to meet your needs. We will make sure that you will be happy with our service.

We do not issue any refunds if we fail a deadline due to delays in submission of necessary materials and content from the customers end. Please make sure to submit all necessary materials as soon as possible.
